Shipping & Returns

RETURNS POLICY

We are happy to accept returns of unwanted items within 14 days of the date they were delivered to you. All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase. We do not accept returns of personalised items. For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns of earrings. Please note that because each individual piece is made to order and we do not hold stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to return an item, please notify us at info@tootsievalentine.com for our returns address. The cost of return postage is payable by the customer and should be by a secure, signed-for and trackable method. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the post. If an item is faulty or misdescribed, we will pay the costs of postage or collection. For full terms and conditions, see here.

 

DELIVERY

UK: Free Shipping (Royal Mail Special Delivery, tracked and signed for)

International: £17.00 flat rate (International Signed, 5-7 working days) 

We can deliver to most countries. If you're unsure whether we deliver to the country where you live, please email us at info@tootsievalentine.com prior to placing your order, for further information. For delivery to PO Boxes, they must be manned. A signature will be required or the item will not be delivered. 

We use Royal Mail to deliver our goods. For international orders, please note it is not a tracked service, but a signature will be required on delivery. International shipping takes 5-7 working days depending on the destination country. If you require an express service or a fully tracked service, this can easily be arranged, however there will be an additional charge on top of the flat rate international delivery cost. Please email us for a quote if you require either of these add-on services.

Please note that for UK and international shipping it is a ‘signature at the address given’ service. If you live in an apartment block with a concierge, the postal service will take a signature from them. If you live in a building without a concierge, the postal service may ask a neighbour to sign for your goods. If you are not in but there is someone in your house at the time of delivery who may be able to sign for your parcel, the postal service will ask them for a signature. Once the goods have been signed for at the address given, the goods are the customer’s responsibility.

Most countries impose customs charges and fees for imported items. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of these and find out what they are likely to be prior to ordering. Tootsievalentine® is not responsible for any customs charges, import duty, fees or other taxes incurred as a result of your products being delivered outside of the UK.  It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these.
